PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Garrett Waters

Garrett Waters is President & Chief Executive Officer for Anchor Capital. Garrett has spent more than two decades as a proven leader in the investment management and distribution of risk-managed and liquid alternative investment strategies to institutional investors, pensions, and RIAs.

As the firm’s portfolio manager, Garrett manages the portfolio construction, trading, and overall risk management for the Anchor family of risk-managed mutual funds and model portfolios.

Prior to Anchor Capital, Garrett held senior positions at J.P. Morgan Investment Management within its Institutional Investment Management division, Barclays Global Investors, Hollencrest Capital Management, and Pacific Financial Advisers.

Garrett is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in business. Garrett is the former Commissioner for Beaches Parks and Recreation for the city of San Clemente and is an active surfer and tennis player. Garrett lives in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

Lawrence V. Stawiarski

Lawrence V. Stawiarski is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Anchor Capital. Lawrence brings more than 15 year’s experience in compliance, business, and securities law to Anchor Capital. Prior to joining Anchor, Lawrence was a partner in the corporate and securities law practice at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler PLC., in Detroit Michigan.

Lawrence is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

VICE PRESIDENT – TRADING & OPERATIONS

Mark Bloom

Mark Bloom is an investment analyst and Head of Operations for Anchor Capital, and the Anchor family of risk managed mutual funds. Mark has served on the investment and operations team at Anchor Capital for nearly ten years, with responsibilities in research, data analytics, and fund operations. Mark is currently a candidate for the Chartered Market Technician designation.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Redlands with a degree in Business and Economics. Mark is an All-American collegiate tennis player who enjoys spending time with his three brothers and dad on the tennis court and lives in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

Sean collins

Sean is Vice President of Institutional Sales for Anchor Capital, and the Anchor family of risk managed mutual funds. Sean is an industry veteran with a proven track record selling and distributing mutual funds in the institutional sector with a focus on advisor relationships. Before Anchor Capital, Sean held sales leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Dynamic Wealth Advisors.
