Eric Leake is the President and Chief Investment Officer for Anchor Capital. Mr. Leake has been a student of markets and market structure for nearly 30 years, spending the bulk of his career as a key innovator in risk-managed investment solutions for the advisory community.
Together with partner and co-portfolio manager Garrett Waters, Eric and Garrett manage the portfolio construction, trading, and overall risk management for the Anchor family of risk-managed mutual funds and model portfolios.
Eric is a Chartered Market Technician, frequent speaker, and author on risk-managed investment strategies and markets. Eric attended Azusa Pacific University, majoring in Communication, and is an active surfer and ocean enthusiast. Eric lives in Laguna Beach, CA.
Garrett Waters is Chief Executive Officer for Anchor Capital. Garrett has spent more than two decades as a proven leader in the investment management and distribution of risk-managed and liquid alternative investment strategies to institutional investors, pensions, and RIAs.
Together with partner and co-portfolio manager Eric Leake, Garrett and Eric manage the portfolio construction, trading, and overall risk management for the Anchor family of risk-managed mutual funds and model portfolios.
