Garrett Waters
Chief Executive Officer
Garrett Waters is Chief Executive Officer to Anchor Capital. Before joining Anchor Capital in 2009 Garrett began his investment career in New York City with J.P. Morgan Investment Management within its Institutional Investment Management division, then as a principal with Barclays Global Investors. Mr. Waters was involved in institutional and private fund management with Hollencrest Capital Management in 2001 and Pacific Financial Advisers.
Garrett is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in business. Garrett is the former Commissioner for Beaches Parks and Recreation for the city of San Clemente and is an active surfer and tennis player. Garrett lives in San Clemente, CA along with his wife and two children.
Eric Leake, CMT
President
Eric Leake is a Chartered Market Technician, member of the Market Technicians Association and is a co-portfolio manager to three Anchor Capital risk-managed mutual funds. Mr. Leake has also served as an ETF trustee and board member to Rydex Financial Services, LLC.
Eric attended Azusa Pacific University and is an active surfer and coach to youth AYSO soccer and NJB basketball teams. Eric lives in Aliso Viejo, CA along with his three children.
Lawrence V. Stawiarski

Chief Compliance Officer
Lawrence V. Stawiarski is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Anchor Capital. Lawrence brings more than 15 year’s experience in compliance, business, and securities law to Anchor Capital. Prior to joining Anchor, Lawrence was a partner in the corporate and securities law practice at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler PLC., in Detroit Michigan.
Lawrence is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
